Image Analysis Tutorial: Macro Basics

This course is aimed at people with basic knowledge in ImageJ/Fiji tools who want to automate their analysis.

 

The following concepts will be introduced with ImageJ/Fiji hands-on-sessions and exercises:

• Macro language basics: variables, comments, commands, etc.
• Using the macro recorder
• Writing a simple image processing macro
• Good practices for reproducible results

Prerequisite:

• Basic ImageJ/Fiji knowledge like for example: opening images, contrast adjustment, thresholding
