Image Analysis Tutorial: 3D Visualization & Analysis

This course is aimed at people who want to venture into handling 3D (or higher dimensional) data in ImageJ/Fiji.

The following concepts will be introduced with ImageJ/Fiji hands-on-sessions and exercises:

• loading 3D data
• 3D visualization
• tools for analyzing 3D data (like segmentation)

Prerequisite:

• Basic knowledge in ImageJ/Fiji is beneficial.
