It is now 15 years that the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (MPI-CBG) and its International Max Planck Research School for Cell, Developmental and Systems Biology (originally called IMPRS for Molecular Cell Biology and Bioengineering) started their research and training activities in Dresden. We celebrate this anniversary with an exciting birthday symposium from Thursday, 27 October to Saturday, 29 October 2016.
The symposium, to which all alumni and current members of our institute are cordially invited, will feature our invited guests Herbert Jäckle, Hans Clevers and Svante Pääbo, and talks by alumni RGLs, postdocs and PhD students who are now holding scientific positions all over the world. In addition, we look forward to hear about your current work in a Flash Talk. Last but not least, there will be ample opportunities to spend time informally, to connect and to reunite and party.
