With warmer weather ahead, our health focus April-June turns to running. Our trainer Alexander Hübner kicks things off to get us started in the best of shape.
In the first week (4 & 5 April), Alex gives a brief presentation on healthy running, highlighting success factors and common problems, followed by practical tips outside.
In the second week (11 & 12 April), Alex leads a 1-hour outdoor training session to ensure all are in good form.
Starting Tuesday 19 April and Wednesday 20 April, we will start regular weekly running/jogging/walking groups from 11:00-12:00 to prepare for the REWE Team Challenge on 6 June 2023.
CBG is able to support registration fees for a limited number of 4-person teams. Staff are encouraged to form their own teams and indicate interest in the registration. We're excited to generate some endorphins and excellent team spirit!
