In this course, peer mentors are trained who are then able to assist other students in conflicts at work. The course provides basic knowledge about communication skills and mental health. Using exchange of experience and role plays, we will learn together to take different perspectives and practice dealing with challenging situations.
The seminar will offer the opportunity to bring in own experiences, to discuss them together and to develop possible solutions in order to stay healthy in a challenging environment.
This course is open to PhD students and Postdocs only.The number of participants is limited to 12.
