Dear Colleagues and image analysis enthusiasts,

Here are more details for Imaris Workshop program on 9th and 10th of April 2019. There will be a great presentation of Imaris and hands on tutorials with the software (see the program below).

Registration

Registration deadline: 2nd of April 2019.

For hands-on tutorials, please register via the button on the left. The available places for hands-on tutorials are limited. After the registration deadline we will distribute the places and inform you by email.

The general Imaris seminar on the 9th April is open to everyone and does not require registration.

Requirements

To participate in the hands-on tutorials you need to bring a laptop. For details on system requirements you can also have a look here.

To participate in the "Analyze you own data" tutorial you will be asked to make some example data available beforehand.

• General Imaris seminar
  Tuesday, 9th of April, 9.00-10.00, MPI-CBG, auditorium small half (without registration)
  Title: An introduction to Image Visualization and Analysis with Imaris.
   
• Hands on tutorial 1: Visualisation, Surface, Spot segmentation, Measurement and Colocalisation (Introductory-level session)
  Tuesday 9th, 11.00-13.00 at MTZ
   
• Hands on tutorial 1: Visualisation, Surface, Spot segmentation, Measurement and Colocalisation (Introductory-level session)
  Tuesday 9th, 14.00-16.00 at MTZ
   
• Hands on tutorial 2: Tracking and Lineage analysis
  Wednesday 10th, 8:30-10:30 at MTZ
   
• Hands on tutorial 3: Cell analysis and FilamentTracing
  Wednesday 10th, 11.00-13.00 at MTZ
   
• Hands on tutorial 4: Analyze your own Data
  Wednesday 10th, 14.00-16.00 at MTZ
