This course is aimed at people with basic knowledge in ImageJ/Fiji tools who want to automate their analysis.
The following concepts will be introduced with ImageJ/Fiji hands-on-sessions and exercises:
- Macro language basics: variables, comments, commands, etc.
- Using the macro recorder
- Writing a simple image processing macro
- Good practices for reproducible results
Prerequisite:
- Basic ImageJ/Fiji knowledge like for example: opening images, contrast adjustment, thresholding
