This course is aimed at people with basic knowledge in ImageJ macro who want to learn batch processing (i.e. how to process a folder of images).
The following concepts will be introduced with ImageJ/Fiji hands-on-sessions and exercises:
- Macro language elements, string manipulations
- Flow statements: Conditions and Loops
- Batch processing
Prerequisite:
- Basic knowledge in writing simple ImageJ macros (for example tutorial 1 of this series)
Tip:
- Refresh your knowledge on the basics of IJ macros, then you will probably get more out of this course.
