This course is aimed at people who want to venture into handling 3D (or higher dimensional) data in ImageJ/Fiji.
The following concepts will be introduced with ImageJ/Fiji hands-on-sessions and exercises:
- loading 3D data
- 3D visualization
- tools for analyzing 3D data (like segmentation)
Prerequisite:
- Basic knowledge in ImageJ/Fiji is beneficial.
