The hackathon will take place in the Klemperer-Saal of Sächsische Landesbibliothek–Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Dresden (SLUB).
Detailed Directions on how to reach SLUB can be obtained from their website. Parking is very limited close to the venue. It's best to reach the venue by foot, bike, or public transport.
Inside the building, the Klemperer-Saal can be reached on the 1st floor. You can find the Klemperer-Saal on the 3d map of SLUB.
